RMC Global is seeking a Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Analyst for a full‑time in‑office position in O'Fallon, IL. The role focuses on supporting the United States Transportation Command (TRANSCOM) Mission Assurance program, with responsibilities across Strategic Mobility, Commercial Transportation Networks, and Intermodal Connectivity.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a lead subject matter expert (SME) supporting the development of TRANSCOM’s Mission Assurance Program
- Act as liaison between assigned command for all CIP and MA related issues
- Provide support to all phases of MA assessments, including research and on‑site travel support
- Deliver MAA 101 training to new RMC employees and mentor new mission analysts
- Develop graphical, oral, written reports, briefs, and products for CIP and MA programs
- Advise clients on CIP and MA matters and provide research and analysis using DoD and Navy/USMC guidance
- Educate leadership on the value of MAA and significant risks to TRANSCOM assets and infrastructure
- Support MA assessments and perform mission decomposition or related roles
- Develop briefs and information papers on CIP and MA topics
- Participate in exercises and war games, providing input on potential impacts to TCAs
- Assist clients in making recommendations and reviewing submissions to the Marine Corps Critical Asset Identification Process
- Ensure timely, actionable TCA information is available to commanders, subordinate units, and stakeholders
- Experience with ETMS2, MARMS, GMAP, and associated mission assurance tools on NIPRNET and SIPRNET
- Excellent writing, communication, and time‑management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and support multiple projects
- Strong research, analytical, editing, and customer‑service abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills with prioritization of tasks
- Familiarity with military organizations and protocol is desirable
- In‑depth knowledge of mission assurance domains such as governance, risk management, access control, physical security, business continuity, network security, and operations security
- Team collaboration and leadership to ensure completion of tasks within required timelines
- Strong problem‑solving and coordination of multiple SMEs across subject areas
- Ability to explain complex subjects to audiences of varying technical backgrounds
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 15 years of experience working within the DoW or TRANSCOM
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DoW mission assurance or protection programs, 15 years of relevant experience if no bachelor’s degree
- Security Clearance:
Obtain a DoD TS‑SCI clearance; eligibility for required clearance level required - Valid Passport:
Current passport with at least 8 months before expiration - Travel Flexibility:
Willingness to travel 25% CONUS/OCONUS; telecommunication authorized upon approval - Work Environment Compliance:
