• Provide customer service by carrying out access control duties, site‑specific procedures, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, check credentials and/or visitor logs, and help control access to the location in accordance with post instructions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report security‑related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, noting unusual activity and/or conditions.

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
