Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies;
Respond to incidents and critical situations and coordinate with site contacts or local responders;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, amenity areas, parking areas, and the perimeter;
Monitor access points and document security-related incidents and maintenance issues;
Assist with front-facing presence and provide directions to guests while maintaining security awareness
