Position: AISR NOC Technician with Security Clearance
Location: Scott Air Force Base

Job #: 3035358 Apex Systems is currently hiring an AISR NOC Technician with a large Gov Con client. This role is in support of an program with DISA. Project Details / Mission Supported:
• Monitor network events and element management failures in real-time on a 24x7x365 basis.

• Create, update, and monitor incident tickets using Service Now/ITSM.

• Perform incident correlation, fault analysis, and proactive alarm analysis to resolve alarm conditions.

• Isolate root causes and coordinate the correction of fault situations within the infrastructure.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues, identifying failed network elements such as systems, hardware, software, circuits, or facilities.

• Restore networks and services to full operation, coordinating with other service providers to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+ or equivalent

• 1-3+ years relevant experience in Network Operations

Location:

Scott AFB, IL
Onsite expectation: 100% onsite
Clearance Level: Secret, open to candidates with a Top Secret
Salary/Pay range: $39.40/hr
