Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and communicating observations to appropriate personnel;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, documenting relevant incidents and completing required reports;
Maintain a professional presence in an active industrial environment while supporting security-related operations and client service needs
