• Coordinate residential installs of each system efficiently, in a timely and quality manner.
• Demonstrate good leadership, communication, and documentation skills while working on the roof.
• Mount racking, modules, and electrical equipment.
• Supervise safety on the job and the overall installation project.
• Ensure quality and efficiency of work performed on site.
• Communicate with Roof Lead and Branch Manager on changes needed to be performed.
• Complete installation on various roof types as well as ground mounts.
• Thoroughly and completely fill out job documents; collect data and photos for each job.
• Support a team environment to improve productivity and project completion.
• Drive Company vehicle to and from jobs safely; manage truck tools and material inventory.
• Supervise and troubleshoot projects; perform site cleanup.
• May travel for extended periods as required.
• Maintain a current driver’s license and a clean driving record to safely operate a company vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education &

Certifications:

• High School Graduate or GED

Experience:

• Minimum 1+ year experience, including at least 6 months of leading a crew.
• Electrical and roof racking experience.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Motivation with attention to productivity, detail, and safety.
• Ability to work safely at heights on ladders and in confined areas.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment.
• Willingness and ability to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and be on feet for long periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.
• Attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication; excellent customer service.
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance; ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work in extreme environments (hot sun, cold, rain, crawl spaces, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Stand, walk, or run for long periods; climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles.
• Kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl; bend, stretch, twist, or reach.
• Repeat movements; see details at close range; distinguish colors and shades.
• Lift 50+ pounds; move objects with hands; use fine motor skills for small components.
• Maintain balance and stability in dynamic environments; react quickly with hands, fingers, or feet.
