Concrete Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field crews and oversee daily concrete operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving production, maintaining morale, and delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews of 5+ team members
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Schedule crews, equipment, and materials
• Assign tasks to meet production, schedule, and quality goals
• Work alongside crews placing and finishing concrete (floors and walls)
• Track labor hours, equipment usage, and daily production
• Operate concrete tools and equipment safely
• Experience with Trimble or Leica total stations preferred (not required)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Lead Finisher in commercial concrete
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Strong leadership and communication skills
