Scale Operator

Position: Scale House Operator
Location: Hennepin

Duties and Responsibilities

Understand and adhere to all company safety procedures and participate in regular periodic Environmental, Health, and Safety training.

Ability to pleasantly greet customers and provide outstanding customer service

Be teamwork-oriented and able to work in a close environment

Must be detail-oriented and accurate in a fast-paced environment

Ability to multitask various duties

Punctual and reliable

Exhibit proficiency in Windows software including but not limited to Word, Excel, email, etc.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements

At times may be on your feet or standing for long periods of time

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; hear and speak, climb stairs and ladders.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include correctable vision to complete work in a safe manner.

Benefits & Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $25/hour, with potential adjustments based on skills, experience and qualifications.
