Certified Plumbing Services Inc. is a growing residential plumbing contractor based in Elburn. We don't churn and burn employees; we build careers. We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Plumber with residential experience who is ready to take their skills to the next level.

If you have your Illinois Apprentice License and are tired of chaotic service work or not learning enough at your current shop, come join us. We focus on New Construction, which means you learn proper layout, rough-in, and trim-out in a controlled environment. We invest in your training so you can become a licensed Journeyman.

What You Will Do:

• The Rough-In: Assist in installing DWV and water piping systems for new homes. You'll learn how to measure, cut, and assemble piping to code.
• The Trim: Assist with setting fixtures (toilets, sinks, faucets) and water heaters.
• The Support: Maintain a clean and organized job site, manage material inventory, and safely operate power tools.
• The Learning: Absorb knowledge daily. Ask questions, learn the Illinois Plumbing Code, and master the blueprints.

What We Need From You:

• The License: Valid Illinois Apprentice Plumbing License (Required).
• The Experience: 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred. You should know the names of fittings and how to use a tape measure.
• The Drive: A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn the trade.
• The Basics: Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to job sites in the western suburbs.
