Pay: $18/hr training → $800–$1,100+/week + tips & bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Location: Lena, IL

This job is great for candidates with experience in pressure washing, roofing, landscaping, construction, window cleaning, or general outdoor labor roles.

What You’ll Be Doing- Pressure washing homes, sidewalks, and exterior surfaces
- Roof washing and exterior property cleaning
- Gutter cleaning and ladder work
- Operating professional cleaning equipment safely
- Delivering high-quality results for residential and commercial clients
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Reliable transportation to get to work consistently
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Comfortable climbing 24–32 ft extension ladders
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Strong reliability and work ethic
