Responsibilities
  • Serve customers professionally on your daily route and provide top‑tier pest protection.
  • Inspect properties and identify pest issues – training provided.
  • Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.
  • Recommend additional services to bring peace of mind.
  • Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.
  • Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device.

Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
  • Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
