As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our client's facilities and equipment. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any potential issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate with management and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
