- - Responsibilities:
Knowledgeable on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, welding and HVAC to perform repairs on all facility equipment as required;
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all facility equipment as required;
Collaborate with operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or breakdowns;
Ability to enter confined spaces as needed to perform necessary repairs;
Escort contractors to specific areas to service equipment within the University Park facility; ensure proper lock out/tag out procedures are followed prior to any service
