Job Summary

As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will perform mechanical tasks, troubleshoot systems, and maintain high‑quality standards on some of the world’s most sophisticated civilian aircraft.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
  • Remove and install panels and components.
  • Troubleshoot and problem‑solve aircraft system/component issues.
  • De‑fuel aircraft.
  • Execute engine removal/installations.
  • Operate ground support equipment.
  • Inspect and evaluate aircraft and components.
  • Assist with aircraft movement, performance runs and taxiing.
  • Maintain and repair shop facilities, equipment, and tooling.
  • Navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases.
  • Communicate effectively in English (speak, write, read).
  • Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned.
Education

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal but not mandatory.

Licenses & Certifications

Airframe or Powerplant pilot license required;
Airframe preferred.

Experience Levels AMT I
  • 0–2 years experience in aviation maintenance, avionics, or similar.
  • Limited to moderate knowledge of general maintenance; requires close supervision.
AMT II
  • 2–4 years experience in aviation maintenance.
  • Experience on corporate aircraft preferred.
  • Requires general supervision on routine maintenance.
AMT III
  • 4–6+ years experience in aviation maintenance.
  • Experience on corporate aircraft highly preferred.
  • Full knowledge of general, detailed and special assignments.
AMT IV (Master)
  • 6+ years experience in aviation maintenance.
  • Extensive experience on corporate aircraft platforms.
  • Subject‑matter expert in all areas of the job.
Additional Requirements
  • Self‑motivated team player in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under specific time constraints.
  • Attend work every day as scheduled, including overtime and weekend assignments.
  • Notify supervisor in advance if unable to work.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to work.
  • Follow FAA guidelines, company safety rules, and maintain customer‑oriented work habits.
Physical & Mental Requirements
  • Lifts 50 lbs.; routine walking, bending and squatting or sitting.
  • Routine or repetitive motion with arms and hands.
  • Climb ladders and stairs; work in small restricted areas.
  • Stand for long periods.
  • Understand and implement regulations and guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot or evaluate system operation.
  • Work professionally with others.
Supervision & Working Conditions

Work under supervision of assigned Team Leader and Director of Maintenance; may supervise other technicians.

Environment: hangar with extreme temperature variations; occasional outside work; varied positions around aircraft.

Equipment Used

Personal hand tools, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical equipment, jacks, stands, lifts, tugs, power carts and engine‑powered equipment.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate $30–$46 with shift differential for alternate shifts. Additional compensation includes semi‑annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) company match, health savings account and more.
