Electrical Maintenance Technician

Our client, industrial and commercial facilities support organization is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting large-scale industrial and commercial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician

Location: Mendon, IL

Pay Range: $52,000 - $100,000

Shift: M-F Day Shift - overtime to be expected

What's the Job?

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections on power generators and facility systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in large industrial and commercial facilities
• Repair or replace faulty parts in generators and electrical systems
• Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Respond promptly to service issues and ensure minimal downtime

What's Needed?

• Experience with electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of diesel and gas engines
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams
• Strong mechanical repair skills
• Willingness to travel throughout a multi-state service area and drive a company vehicle
