Alignment Technician

As an Alignment Technician at Tire Discounters, you'll do more than just turn wrenches- you'll drive excellence. You'll be responsible for road wheel alignment, routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, shop cleanliness, and excellent customer service.

• Ensure customers' vehicles are properly aligned using advanced equipment and driver-assist technology.
• Perform routine maintenance like oil changes and other fluid exchanges; inspect and perform tire services such as installation, repair, and balancing.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and help keep the team efficient.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service, making every customer feel part of the Tire Discounters family.

• Mechanical aptitude and communication skills; prior automotive experience is a plus. A strong attitude and willingness to learn is required.
• Physical stamina: ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a dynamic shop environment, rain or shine.
• Safety-first mindset and a valid driver's license; manual transmission experience is a bonus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Pay: $17.00 to $20.00 + hourly effective rate.
• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and weekly commission on billed labor.
