• Deliver and add salt to customer brine tanks/barrels as scheduled
• Perform routine filter changes on whole-home filtration systems
• Change filters on reverse osmosis drinking water systems
• Inspect basic equipment operation during scheduled service visits
• Communicate professionally with customers while in their homes or businesses
• Complete service tickets and required documentation accurately
• Maintain an organized service vehicle, parts inventory, and work area
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and customer service expectations
• Communicate with the service team regarding customer needs, concerns, or equipment issues
• Learn the basics of water treatment, equipment maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting
• Represent Culligan with professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude

• Comfortable working independently after training
• Good communication skills with customers and coworkers
• Enjoys hands‑on work and being active throughout the day
• Able to lift and carry salt bags, filters, tools, and service materials
• Organized and willing to follow a proven process
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Previous experience in delivery, maintenance, plumbing, mechanical work, installation, warehouse, or customer service is helpful, but not required
