Maintenance Technician – Nights

• Adhere to all company safety protocols and participate in periodic Environmental, Health, and Safety training.
• Respond promptly to equipment issues that impact production and/or safety.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems across various equipment (motors, pumps, valves, instrumentation, PLCs, centrifuges, heat exchangers, steam‑tube dryers, boilers, conveyors, augers, hammer mills, process tanks and vessels).
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Prioritize tasks through effective communication with the Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Supervisor, and process teams.
• Utilize the CMMS system to manage tasks and document results effectively.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrates accountability and upholds high standards in all situations.
• Commitment to fostering positive relationships and promoting team collaboration.

• Able to work a flexible work schedule with varying days and hours, including call‑ins.
• Able to work outdoors in all seasons and at heights.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, hear and speak, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Specific vision requirements, including correctable vision, are required to complete work safely.

• Starting wage $35/hour, with potential adjustments based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
