Residential service, maintenance and repair work
Pay$25.00‑$30.00 per hour, based on experience + Spiffs and bonuses
Work ScheduleMonday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
On‑call rotation every 5th week, with a 10:00pm cutoff
What You Will Be Doing- Diagnostics, service, maintenance and repair of residential HVAC systems
- Consulting with customers on repair, upgrades, IAQ products and replacement options
- Excellent customer service
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Annual / routine maintenance experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Completion of HVAC trade school or certification program — desired
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Own daily tools (power drill and hand tools)
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
