- Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service experience to every client
- Resolve customer issues calmly and professionally using effective de-escalation techniques
- Perform on-site installation and repair of internet services, copper and fiber cabling, demarc extensions, and rack-mounted networking equipment
- Diagnose technical problems and implement solutions, including running new cable, replacing hardware components, and installing data circuits for internet connectivity
- Follow Ledcor's safety standards and ensure proper use of vehicles, tools, and equipment at all times
- Five plus years of experience in telecommunications, business installation and service for electronics, appliances, security, and/or cabling
- A positive, "can-do" attitude and customer focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy, and sincerity
- Degree or diploma from a technical college would be preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working in the field independently and thriving in a dynamic environment
- Clear and efficient verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates expertise in telecommunications installation and service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution. Proficient in technical diagnostics and installation of internet services and cabling, while adhering to safety standards.
