- 1. Safely and efficiently operate clamp attachment forklifts to handle, load, and unload goods within the warehouse and production facility.
- 2. Conduct thorough pre-shift inspections on forklift equipment to ensure operational functionality and compliance with safety standards.
- 3. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment for all team members.
- 4. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately track and manage inventory movements, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
- 5. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize daily tasks and manage material flows in alignment with operational priorities and customer requirements.
- 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience operating a clamp attachment forklift within a warehouse, logistics, or production setting.
- 2. Proven ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate equipment at heights up to 30 feet where applicable.
- 3. Current forklift/powered industrial truck certification is required.
- 1. Experience using RF scanners, WMS technology, and other warehouse tools for inventory and order management.
- 2. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
- 3. Flexibility to work overtime or extended hours based on operational and seasonal demands.
