Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Temco Logistics is seeking a Technician to support our Transportation & Logistics fleet operations. In this on-site role, you'll inspect, maintain, and repair trucks and logistics equipment to ensure safe, efficient deliveries. Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair trucks and logistics equipment to ensure safe operation
• Perform diagnostics on mechanical and electrical issues and complete timely repairs
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Document work performed in maintenance and fleet management systems
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to prioritize repairs
• Follow all safety, DOT, and company compliance standards
• Assist in managing parts inventory and recommending improvements
• Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes and tools
