Keefe HVAC is a residential and commercial HVAC company serving Chicagoland. We're looking for a motivated apprentice to learn the trade alongside our experienced technicians. No prior HVAC experience required — if you're dependable, willing to work hard, and eager to learn, we'll teach you the rest. This is a real career path: many of our lead techs started right here.

• Assist technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Learn to diagnose and service heating and cooling systems
• Help move, load, and set up equipment and tools
• Keep job sites and service vehicles clean and organized
• Build your skills across a range of hands-on tasks alongside experienced techs
• Learn to read job orders and communicate professionally with customers
• Grow into more responsibility as your skills develop

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual — you show up ready to work
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Basic mechanical aptitude

• $18.00 - $24.00/hr with rises as you gain skills and certifications
• Paid, hands-on training toward becoming a full technician
• Paid time off and holidays
• Help earning EPA 608 and other certifications
• Test into an installer or service role and you become eligible for health, dental, and vision coverage
