Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure/certification as a school Social Worker
- Previous experience working in a school or youth-centered setting strongly preferred
- Expertise in crisis intervention, case management, and the development of individualized support plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability
- Provide individual and group counseling to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement interventions and ensure student support
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of educational or behavioral plans
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and recommend targeted resources
- Lead or support initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive school climate
- Respond to crises promptly and connect students and families with community resources as appropriate
- Maintain confidential documentation and track progress toward student goals
