Location: Plainville
Addus Home Care is seeking a Family Service Specialist to support families in crisis through DCFS programs such as Family Habilitation Services, Visitation and Housing. You will travel to families, provide transportation for visits, teach parenting and homemaking skills, and document progress through written reports.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus 1–2 years in child welfare or related work, and a valid driver’s license.
