The Armed Forces Services Program Specialist at the American National Red Cross supports military members, veterans, and their families through emergency communications, case management, and referrals. In this mission-driven role, you will coordinate with military commands, VA facilities, and community partners to deliver timely assistance during crises, maintain accurate and confidential case records, and provide information and advocacy for clients.
You will also support outreach, briefings, and disaster response, collaborating with staff and volunteers in a compassionate, diverse, and humanitarian-focused environment.
