School Social Worker

School Social Worker for a 36-week contract in Highwood, Illinois. Responsible for supporting student social-emotional development and ensuring compliance with school protocols. Earn up to $60 per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with educational staff to support student social-emotional development

Develop and implement individualized student support plans

Engage with students, families, and staff to foster positive school environments

Conduct evaluations and provide counseling within the school setting

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school protocols

Qualifications:

PEL with School Support Personnel Endorsement in School Social Work (or equivalent)

Minimum 1 year of experience in school social work focused on early childhood education and small classroom environments

Valid School Support Personnel Endorsement in School Social Work

Excellent communication skills

Ability to engage with young students and educators

Flexibility with schedule (prefer Tuesdays)

Background check clearance

Ability to work in a school setting
