Onsite Services Specialist

The American National Red Cross seeks a Service to the Armed Forces Specialist to support military members, veterans, and their families through emergency communication, casework, and connections to vital community resources. Based within the Community & Social Services department, this role conducts client intake and assessments, coordinates with military commands and partner agencies, and maintains accurate case records. Responsibilities

• Provide emergency communication and casework services to service members, veterans, and their families.
• Conduct client intake, needs assessments, and referrals to community and military resources.
• Coordinate with military commands, VA, and partner agencies to support clients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case records and reports in Red Cross systems.
• Participate in outreach events, briefings, and workshops on available services.
• Support disaster response and humanitarian initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to deliver mission-driven services.
