• Leading and developing a team of social workers, counselors, and support staff to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes
• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to meet the social service needs of patients and their families
• Building and maintaining relationships with community agencies and organizations to ensure access to resources and services
