CSCI is looking for an innovative Power Apps Developer to support a variety of cutting‑edge projects and help drive impactful initiatives for a government agency’s CFO organization in a dynamic DoD joint command environment. As a key player in our team, you’ll deliver services and solutions for clients using Microsoft’s Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations.
Responsibilities- Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate; outputs will include data visualization and low‑code applications.
- Design and develop Power Apps Canvas apps integrated with SharePoint Lists and Document Libraries to support structured data entry and document management.
- Configure SharePoint Lists with custom columns, content types, and views to serve as backend data sources for Power Apps.
- Build Power Apps to perform CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete) against SharePoint Lists using delegation‑aware queries.
- Integrate SharePoint Document Libraries to enable file upload, download, metadata tagging, and document association directly within Power Apps.
- Implement Power FX formulas for filtering, sorting, Patch operations, conditional visibility, and validation tied to SharePoint data.
- Apply role‑based access control by aligning Power Apps logic with SharePoint permissions and Azure AD groups.
- Optimize performance by handling delegation limits, indexing SharePoint columns, and minimizing non‑delegable formulas.
- Support document‑centric workflows by combining SharePoint Libraries with Power Automate for approvals, notifications, and lifecycle tracking.
- You must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Federal or DoW Security clearance.
- At least 1 year of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI.
- Creativity and adaptability in problem‑solving.

- HTML/Coding Experience to take your development expertise even further.

- Past experience working with a Federal agency.
- Department of War experience is a plus!
