HIL Test Engineer

Telematics End To End Testing Position

The position will contribute to telematics end to end testing helping the work group test 30+ releases per year of back office and on board telematics solutions.

The team receives test requests from the customer through a workflow management system. They perform these tests and record results and work with the development teams to understand and replicate failures. Also, the test team continually develops python scripts for test automation in order to improve workgroup efficiencies.

Technical skills required:

• Software development and test experience with machine and engine electronic systems.
• Experience with HIL (hardware in the loop) simulators (ex – dSpace, National Instruments, etc)
• Telematics systems experience including machine and engine ECU's, Network Managers, Radios, GPS, and back office/cloud software and user applications.

Education requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in EE, CS, etc with at least two years' experience.
• Other BS degrees will be considered if sufficient applicable background in electrical systems.
• Work director will consider Master's or above in EE coursework/internships/projects toward experience minimum but durations for each must be listed on resume.
