Your Mission

As a GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer, you will develop, implement, and industrialize modern AI solutions for our clients. You bring solid software engineering know-how and use it to implement applications based on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and cloud-based architectures close to production – from the first idea to integration into existing landscapes.

What We Expect From You

• Implement AI solutions in real projects.
• You design and implement AI, GenAI, and Agentic-AI solutions for our clients from different industries.
• You work with architects, developers, and data/AI experts on proof-of-concepts, MVPs, and production-ready solutions and take responsibility for technical implementation packages.

Bring strong engineering skills to modern AI stacks.

• You develop, test, and integrate components around LLMs, GenAI workflows, Agentic-AI approaches, as well as interfaces to existing systems and data sources.
• You work with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), current AI frameworks, and proven engineering practices such as clean code, testing, CI/CD, and versioned development.

Actively shape innovation and further development.

• You monitor new trends and technologies in the field of Generative AI and evaluate how we can integrate these meaningfully into customer solutions and internal assets.
• You actively contribute to the further development of architectural approaches, reusability, quality, and delivery standards in the GenAI environment.
