Skills/Experience Required to Do This Job Well:

• More than eight years of software development experience
• Extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming and computer science concepts
• Familiarity with mobile technologies like React, Elm, Vue, etc. Mastery in ONE of Java, Swift, Objective C, Kotlin, ES6, etc
• At least one app in Play Store/App Store. Desired
  
  Skills:
  
  Mastery in Android, iOS development OR web development. Familiarity with Salesforce platform. Experience with hybrid native/web applications and Web Views.
• Ability to independently design and deliver large complex projects
• Ability to provide (informal) coaching to team members to support their understanding of the architecture and aid in their technical development.
• Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g., Scrum)
• Ability to work with other architects, principal architects to shape the architectural vision and roadmap for the organization.
• You can investigate and suggest cutting-edge technologies that position the organization for the future and are considered a trusted advisor to both business and customers and your organization's leadership.
• Develops technical performance architecture that solves the most complex performance issues.
• Ability to drive long-term design strategies that span multiple complex projects, deliver technical reports and performance presentations to customers and at industry events. Ability to establish strategies for achieving individual or team goals that balance big-picture concerns with day-to-day activities.
• Rally others around these strategies to ensure day-to-day activities are in harmony with the long-term vision.
• Ability to create an environment for honest and open discussion of all issues, and you lead by example, showing courage to have difficult conversations when necessary to get the team on track. You involve the right people, from your team and others, to resolve critical issues. Open source contribution is a plus
• Familiar with Open Source Mobile Dev stack.
• Full-stack Developer/Architect
• Proven experience in rolling out global application mobile apps using  platform
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to building trust, listen and ask effective questions to create a scalable and reusable business solution.
• Innovative thinking and the ability to leverage past technology experience to be successful in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong IT analysis and analytical skills.
• Ability to self-manage time and priorities.
