As a Coach, you ll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic physically based curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

  Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
• Master of Curriculum:
  Understand the magic behind Kid Strong s programs and communicate it with flair
• Be the Best:
  Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you re in a video game with our stellar training programs
• Family Friend:
  Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class — you re the reason they love Kid Strong!
• Class Commander:
  Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!
• Family Connector:
  Keep families engaged and excited about Kid Strong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.
• Master of all:
  Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for

• Event Enthusiast:
  Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.
• Clean & Green:
  Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness.

• Athletic Background:
  If you have been a part of an athletic team or have been coached for over 3 years, you are an ideal candidate for this job!
• Coaching Background:
  Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. If you ve coached a herd of cats, you re overqualified and also why did you do that?
• Passion for Kids:
  Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
• Communication Whiz:
  Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah.
• Energetic & Fun:
  Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
• Mentorship Magic:
  Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR Certified:
  Or Willingness to get it. Safety First!
