About the Job

The Warehouse Associate plays a hands‑on role in daily material handling and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials while maintaining strict safety, inventory accuracy, and quality standards. This is a non‑supervisory role that requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

Pay Rate

$19/hour.

In This Role, You Will
  • Receive product via railcar and truckload, including scanning and placing product in warehouse locations
  • Pick, stage, and scan orders for outbound shipments
  • Load outbound trailers and perform trailer inspections
  • Maintain 100% inventory integrity and accurately record product locations and location changes
  • Track product movement using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (Abecas)
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and track mobile to maneuver rail cars
  • Perform daily equipment and building inspections, including monitoring fluid levels
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure equipment is not overloaded
  • Follow all warehouse SOPs, OSHA regulations, and company safety guidelines, including PPE usage
  • Communicate incidents, accidents, damages, or claims to management immediately
  • Forward all required paperwork to the office in a timely manner
  • Participate in meetings, cross‑training, development programs, and required certifications
  • Maintain personal accountability for productivity, quality, efficiency, and safety
  • Perform all other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role and environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
  • Ability to safely perform physical job duties in a warehouse environment

No relocation allowance will be considered unless specifically addressed. All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Desired
  • Experience in transportation or warehousing environments
  • Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, track mobile equipment
  • Experience using handheld RFID scanners or warehouse management systems
Schedule
  • Minimum of 30 hours per week to maintain full‑time benefit eligibility
  • Average of 40 hours per week
  • Overtime required as scheduled
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
