• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Must hold, or be able to obtain, a non-exempt interstate DOT medical card.
• At least 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with no more than two moving violations or accidents.
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• English language proficiency required for compliance with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
• Position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety‑sensitive. Must maintain a constant state of alertness and perform duties safely, accepting responsibility for own safety and that of others.

• The associate must be able to see and hear; specific vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Must move frequently, stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle, feel, reach; regularly lift up to 50 lbs/23 kg, occasionally up to 100 lbs/45 kg.
• Must legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit vehicle and rear cargo area.
