CDL Class A Equipment Operator / Dump Truck Driver

Krügel Cobbles, Inc. is seeking a seasoned and dependable CDL Class A operator to join our field operations team for the 2026 season
, beginning Spring.

This position is ideal for an experienced professional who is comfortable hauling equipment, operating excavation machinery, and working as a crew
. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and can be trusted to operate company equipment independently.

• Safely operate a two-axle dump truck requiring a Class A CDL
• Haul materials between job sites, the company yard, and authorized dump locations
• Transport excavation equipment using trailers in compliance with DOT regulations
• Perform thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of vehicles and equipment
• Operate excavation equipment (excavator, skid steer, etc.) for grading, trenching, digging, and back filling
• Assist with site preparation, material placement, and general job site tasks as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and federal/state transportation regulations
• Maintain communication with supervisors and crew members to ensure efficient project completion
• Handle company vehicles and equipment responsibly to prevent damage and downtime

• Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record
• Experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations
• Ability to operate and maintain various types of trucks and trailers
• Physical fitness and ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed

• Monday through Friday

• $24.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level
