Climate Express Drivers make America Great one mile at a time and run a lot of miles. Drivers operate 2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks, known for safety and ergonomic features including 68 cruise control and pedal, large sleepers, built‑in refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, and satellite radios.

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our experienced Operations team dispatches drivers safely and legally. All trucks undergo regular maintenance and the shop is available 24/7. Load carriers are in the middle corridor of the United States; we do not dispatch through the mountains of the West Coast or New York City.

Drivers regularly meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. The Operations department is available 24/7. Drivers and dispatchers know each other by name, creating a supportive work environment.

Pay is based on work record and experience and is determined after full processing. We pay professionals loaded and empty on practical miles, typically up to 5‑7% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. More miles mean more money. Additional annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses are provided.

We understand the need for balance. While drivers are away, they earn money to support their families, and the operations department works to get them home on time.

Dry van and reefer. No slaughterhouses or fresh meat. 1 pick/1 drop or drop and hook. 100% no touch freight.
