About the Position

2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks. Volvos are the safest truck on the road. Features include 68 cruise control, ergonomic seats, precise steering, 70L×96W sleepers, oversized built‑in refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, and satellite radios.

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our experienced Operations team dispatches and supports drivers safely and legally. Most freight is in the middle corridor of the United States; we do not dispatch through the mountains of the West Coast or to New York City. Trucks undergo regular maintenance and the shop is available 24/7.

Pay is based on work record and experience and is determined after you are fully processed. We pay loaded and empty on practical miles, which results in 5‑7% more miles a year than short‑mile companies. More miles mean more money. Annual raises, merit raises, safety bonuses, and performance bonuses are offered. Top performers earned over $100,000 last year.

Loads: dry van and reefer (no slaughterhouses or fresh meat). 1 pick/1 drop or drop and hook. 100% no‑touch freight.
