Break Bulk Manager – Starting at $78,000 Salary
Full‑time position with the following schedule:
- Monday: 1:00 am start
- Tuesday–Friday: 3:00 am start
PTO is available after the first 90 calendar days of employment. Additional benefits include an excellent package that includes employee resort access.
Responsibilities- Driver and Freight Handler Management
- Coordinate dock operation and driver/freight handler scheduling
- Ensure safety compliance
- Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed
- Timely dispatching of LTL loads
- Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
- Work with drivers and combo drivers from other locations
- Proven basic leadership experience
- Ability to lead in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills with solid problem‑solving abilities
- Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred
- Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of the city and surrounding areas
- Prior LTL leadership experience strongly preferred
