Kleeman Transport is hiring CDL A drivers who are interested in learning flatbed operations and advancing into over-the-road driving roles. This position provides hands‑on training in load securement, safety procedures, and flatbed hauling.

This is an ideal opportunity for drivers who want to expand their skill set and move into higher‑earning flatbed positions.

• Learn flatbed load securement using straps, chains, and proper safety techniques.
• Operate a Class A tractor trailer under training supervision.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Maintain DOT compliance and accurate logs.
• Work with dispatch to understand routes and delivery expectations.

• Valid CDL A license.
• Ability to meet DOT requirements, including passing a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Driving record that meets company and regulatory standards.
• Willingness to learn flatbed operations and safety procedures.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including operating a commercial vehicle and handling physical job duties throughout the duration of the shift.
