Flatbed OTR Driver

We are hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. Candidates will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Join our team and receive competitive pay and excellent benefits.

• Home Time: 3 weeks out, then 3 days off

Weekly Pay: $1,171.40 – $2,106.07 (varies with experience, routes, attendance, and service length).

Annual Pay: $60,912.97 – $ (same factors).

Flatbed OTR Driver Rate: $0.55 – $0.60 per mile.

Accessorial Compensation includes tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as applicable.

Transition package: $1,800, including $1,000 for orientation during the first two weeks.

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• Safe driving record required
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• 4+ months of driving experience required
• Background check required
• Clean drug test required
• Clean clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
• Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience (not required)
