The following is considered minimum expectations in performance while working for Domino’s Pizza:

• Answering the phone or assisting carry‑out customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu.
• Maintaining a perfect image according to standard.
• Demonstrating customer WOW steps:
  1) Apologize
  2) Give them what they want
  3) Give them something extra.
• All pizza makers must count pepperoni and ham on every order every day, regardless of the topping amount.
• No person is allowed to clear pizzas before it is ready to be placed in the oven.
• Drivers must have $1 in coin change on every delivery.
• Drivers must say “Let me get your change” on every order—no exceptions.
• No one may carry more than $20 on duty, including personal money.
• No one may possess a pocket knife or any weapon while working.
• Driver vehicles must be neat, clean, and present a positive image while working.
• Drivers are not to be routed early or check in early from delivery.
• Pizza makers must wash hands prior to making products.
• Only proper procedures for products are allowed.
• Every driver must have completed the Safe Delivery CBT.
• Every order must be repeated for accuracy, and name and address confirmed.
• Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
• Must keep food, labor, and service goals within target.
• Conduct mandatory monthly P&L reviews with direct supervisor.
• Must work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with one mandatory off day and one mandatory mandatory mandatory on‑call day.
• Ensure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards.
• Must keep all stores staffed and train all team members.
• Conduct repair and maintenance in all stores.
• Implement all new products or ideas seamlessly.
• Mandate that all stores run at a minimum 4‑star level.
• Perform Self OERs during the first week of each period and apply correctable actions.
• Complete evaluations and mandatory raises as needed, and notify paperwork and District Office.
