The following is considered minimum expectations in performance while working for Domino’s Pizza:
Responsibilities- Answering the phone or assisting carry‑out customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu.
- Maintaining a perfect image according to standard.
- Demonstrating customer WOW steps:
1) Apologize
2) Give them what they want
3) Give them something extra. - All pizza makers must count pepperoni and ham on every order every day, regardless of the topping amount.
- No person is allowed to clear pizzas before it is ready to be placed in the oven.
- Drivers must have $1 in coin change on every delivery.
- Drivers must say “Let me get your change” on every order—no exceptions.
- No one may carry more than $20 on duty, including personal money.
- No one may possess a pocket knife or any weapon while working.
- Driver vehicles must be neat, clean, and present a positive image while working.
- Drivers are not to be routed early or check in early from delivery.
- Pizza makers must wash hands prior to making products.
- Only proper procedures for products are allowed.
- Every driver must have completed the Safe Delivery CBT.
- Every order must be repeated for accuracy, and name and address confirmed.
- Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
- Must keep food, labor, and service goals within target.
- Conduct mandatory monthly P&L reviews with direct supervisor.
- Must work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with one mandatory off day and one mandatory mandatory mandatory on‑call day.
- Ensure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards.
- Must keep all stores staffed and train all team members.
- Conduct repair and maintenance in all stores.
- Implement all new products or ideas seamlessly.
- Mandate that all stores run at a minimum 4‑star level.
- Perform Self OERs during the first week of each period and apply correctable actions.
- Complete evaluations and mandatory raises as needed, and notify paperwork and District Office.
- Follow through on all mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory commitments and ensure mandatory mandatory reports are submitted on time.

- Know all product and operational standards.

- Provide accurate and detailed accountability, ensuring a paper trail exists.
