• Pay Rate: $85,000 – $110,000
• Sign‑on bonus: up to $5,000 depending on experience
• Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company‑paid life insurance

• Inspect the tractor‑trailer for defects before and after each trip and submit DOT inspection reports
• Inspect bill of lading, verify accuracy, and store keys for off‑hour deliveries
• Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering the vehicle on the road and at customer premises
• Maintain the driver log (manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and any exceptions
• Unload trailer and deliver product to customer premises
• Perform other duties as assigned

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A)
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely
