Airlift Mission Technician
The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) to perform technical and administrative analytical work of planning, development and implementation of Airlift Missions, transportation requirements to assure safe, expeditious domestic and international transportation of high-level officials and their staffs to meet critical, sensitive diplomatic, military and domestic requirements.
DUTIES:
- Manages air transportation for both CONUS and OCONUS cargo and/or passenger movement.
- Responsible for accomplishing all aspects of aircrew and aircraft support for assigned missions.
- Supports assigned missions by reviewing various databases and other sources of weather, itinerary, equipment and passenger information.
- Develops quarterly flying schedule from annual flying requirements.
