We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working route driver to service portable restrooms across our Vandalia service area. This role is responsible for delivering, servicing, and maintaining porta potties while providing great customer service.

This is a hands‑on job that requires someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and can work independently.

• Service portable restrooms on assigned routes (cleaning, pumping, restocking)
• Deliver and pick up units at job sites, homes, and events
• Safely operate vacuum trucks and service equipment
• Complete daily route logs and service reports
• Communicate with office staff on scheduling, issues, and customer needs
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance issues
• Ensure units are clean, stocked, and presentable
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers

• Routes typically run during daytime hours
• Occasional weekend work for events (seasonal)

• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required—we can train)
• Ability to operate or learn to operate vacuum trucks
• Good driving record
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic mechanical skills are a plus

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to bend, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
