Illinois Central School Bus is now hiring School Bus Drivers in Coal City, IL. Our drivers have flexible hours and time off during school holidays. As a school bus driver, you are an essential worker and a hero to children every day. We are looking for candidates who are responsible, love children, and are very reliable. No experience necessary. Free CDL training!

We will teach you to be a professional School Bus Driver.

We are proud to offer:

• $26.50 to $30.75 per hour for bus drivers (based on experience)
• Hire on now at our Wilmington location, represented by the Teamsters, for 25/26 wages starting at $22.00 up to $30.75 based on experience
• Paid training
• Flexible hours – no nights or weekends required
• Route hours guaranteed up to 5.5 hours per day when school is in session
• Additional work hours available with field trips and charters
• Summer school routes available – work year‑round with school holiday breaks
