Overview
Do you have a friendly personality and know how to provide outstanding customer service? Shawnee Mass Transit District is seeking part-time Bus Operators. We will teach you everything you need to obtain a commercial driver's license and become a professional driver operator.

ResponsibilitiesThe role involves operating buses to provide safe, reliable transportation and excellent customer service to riders. Comply with all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements- Must have a valid Illinois Driver's License
- Drug testing, driving record checks, and criminal history checks are required
- Pass Drug Screen and Background Check
- No CDL required to start; training will be provided to obtain a CDL
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Starting wage: $15/hour
- Shift: Saturday–Sunday, 3:30 P.M. – 10:00 P.M.
