$5K Hiring Bonus! Flatbed CDL-A Driver, Regional Route: $903.55 - $2,021.54 per week. Most Weekends off!

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. Drivers will transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Annual Pay: $46,984.82 – $

Pay varies by experience, routes, attendance, and length of service.

• $5K Hiring Bonus Eligibility:
  • Drivers must be currently employed and actively driving.
  • Payout is made every 90 days over a 12-month period of active, good‑standing employment.
  • First payout: $1,250.00 after 90 days of active employment.
  • Second payout: $1,250.00 after 180 days of active employment.
  • Third payout: $1,250.00 after 270 days of active employment.
  • Fourth payout: $1,250.00 after 360 days of active employment.
  • Owner/operators and inexperienced trainees (less than 4 months CDL‑A driving experience) are not eligible.

Additional compensation may include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay.

We offer a $1,800 Transition Package, including $1,000 toward orientation for the first two weeks of employment.

• Required: Valid Class A CDL
• Required: 21 years of age or older
• Required: Safe driving record
• Required: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Required: 4+ months of driving experience
• Preferred: 1 year of truck driving experience (not required)
• Required: Background check
• Required: Clean drug test
• Required: Clean clearinghouse result
• Required: Able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice during orientation.
