Route Sales Driver
Location: Mt Vernon, IL and surrounding areas
Salary: $49,000–$52,000 annually (based on experience)

As a Route Sales Driver, you'll deliver and merchandise some of the most recognized beverage brands while building strong relationships with our customers. Every day brings a new route, new interactions, and the opportunity to make a positive impact in your community.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Current Class A CDL (or willingness to obtain one through our paid CDL training program)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 30 pounds or more on a repetitive basis
- Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours per day
- Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customer accounts
- Merchandise products to company standards
- Secure and wrap loads before leaving the facility and after each delivery
- Collect payments and obtain customer signatures when required
- Complete delivery receipts, deposits, and daily paperwork accurately
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Pepsi Mid America professionally
- Follow all company policies, DOT regulations, and safety procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Home Daily – No overnight travel
